  • Advisory and consulting

  • Fractional CFO solutions

All services are governed by the scope agreed upon at the time of onboarding or contracting.

Pricing & Refund Policy

Services are available on a subscription or custom engagement basis.

Z Score offers a 30-day risk-free trial. If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days — no questions asked.

Beyond 30 days, refunds are handled at Devcansol's discretion.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide timely, accurate financial data
  • Respond to communication and reporting requests
  • Not misuse or replicate Z Score's proprietary tools or insights

Ownership & IP

All deliverables, reports, templates, and software tools created by Z Score remain the intellectual property of Devcansol Private Limited, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation & Termination

Clients may cancel anytime with prior notice as defined in their agreement. Z Score reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, misconduct, or breach of terms.

Liability Limitation

Z Score does not offer tax or legal advice unless explicitly stated. Devcansol is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to the use of its services.

Modifications to Terms

These Terms may be updated occasionally. We will notify users of material changes via updates to this page.
